 After a tough couple of months with the changing of leadership and several issues with the kin we finally managed through pulling together and team work to down the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur hard mode several weeks ago. We have now managed to kill him with ease since then and RISEN seems to be at a new high. I'd like to thank all members of the kin who took part in the downing and any who had previously participated. Your commitment to the kin is appreciated, despite us going through a rough patch, now let's carry this through into whatever raid comes next. |

 | With the world cup getting closer we at RISEN decided to get our members involved in a bit of fun with a world cup sweepstake. With cash prizes for players who were lucky enough to draw the top 3 teams from the competiton.  | RISEN have had a rocky start to the Siege of Mirkwood, but we have now reached a turning point. The Lieutenant has been slain in hopefully what will be the first of many successful raids on Barad Guldur. It's been an incredible team effort and now it's all starting to pay off. The downing of The Lieutenant isn't the only good news to report though. Over the last month we have had a large number of new recruits join us and they are (in alphabetical order): Brrisruttis, Emaldiom, Ederssen, Farohelm, Gummerz, Lethewen, Merengues, Nannah, Sarandonian & Stuffi. |

The RISEN Tactics page is now publicly available and has been advertised now on the Codemasters LOTRO Forums.
At the moment complete guidance is available for 'The Watcher in the Water, The Vile Maw' and 'Blagh & Rung, Dar Narbugud'. Over the coming weeks it is hoped that we will be able to add further guides covering all of the boss encounters within Dar Narbugud and where applicable perhaps further guides for the 6-man and 3-man content.
Discussion and feedback on the guides is welcome on the forum. |
